TKIY More Styleframes and Animatic - Junior Thesis Blog

This week, I dug around and choose a great song for the animatic. I ended up choosing Myuu's Disintegrating (Musical Box Version). It was a great choice because his work is licensed under the creative commons license, in which I can modify the song, whatever I'd like, as long as I give it credit. The second song I also chose was Myuu's "Down the rabbit hole". Link to his Soundcloud here! https://soundcloud.com/myuu. The kind of music I was looking for was something that was crawling and could truly lure the viewer along. But I still do not think the song is there yet. The song's pacing is very good, I like the timing and I could transition the shots very well but the audio is too high pitched/cheerful. I also worked with more UV Mapping, this time on the book. I organized the Maps so I could get the most control over the type layout on the book. Once I did that, I took the 3D model into photoshop and and figured out a typeface, kerning and leading that I like for the book.
